Job Description
- Determining the scope and strategy for the TR transformation establishing a future-ready Rewards infrastructure and IT landscape
- Continuously examines how Avanade Rewards information is used (in partnership with Market Intelligence) and available tools
- Recommends changes to existing processes, methods and tools so information flow as well as effectiveness and efficiency improves
- Lead requirements gathering and functional tool configuration
- Plan the work required to elevate the Reward infrastructure to the next level
- Build project plans for the identified projects / initiatives and collaborate with the other COE’s to ensure timely completion
- Lead the team in testing by preparing test cases and scenarios, and collaborating with IT to ensure all concerns are addressed
- Co-ordinates with the offshore teams to ensure leverage and successful launches
- Define stakeholder roles and responsibilities and communicates with leadership
- Provide key input and be the main source for the development of a change / communication plan
- Lead the communication with key stakeholders e.g., Business HR, Talent Management, HR Operations and ITS on upcoming tasks, key initiatives, and addresses region specific distinctions
- Executes on certain elements of the communication plan, e.g. create monthly memos, build training materials and ad-hoc communications throughout the processes
- Oversee successful launches of the respective project and post planning activities
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution by leading lessons learnt efforts
- Excellent analytical skills & business acumen
- Experience with a broad range of Reward and HR applications software
- Advanced knowledge of the Rewards portfolio
- Project coordination and experience managing large, complex, and ambiguous projects
- Possess skills to manage stakeholders and partner expectations
- Effective collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and virtually
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior leadership
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MS Project is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experiences with Compensation tools (Workday knowledge is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice
