Job Description
| Minimum 7 years of program/project enagagement management experience with an overall experience of 10+ years |
| Managing outcome led technical programs and technical activities in accordance with the agreed project scope |
| Developing a budge and operating plan for the program |
| Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement |
| Managing a technical delivery team for an outcome-based engagement |
| Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance |
| Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved |
| Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services |
| Risk management and program status reporting throughout the program life cycle |
| Project management professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, etc are preferred |
| Knowledge and experience in technical and managerial aspects of data engineering including Agile, DevOps & Waterfall methodologies |
