【職務概要】
Microsoftテクノロジーを活用したエンタープライズ向けソリューションにおいて、オフショア 開発マネジメント プロジェクトマネージャとして、運用・保守フェーズを中心に複数プロジェクトのデリバリーをリードいただきます。
提案/プリセールス活動
アドオン開発に関わるスケジュール/コスト/品質管理、およびマネジメント業務
レポート/スコープ調整等
グローバルのデリバリーオフィスやリーダーシップへの定期的なレポート/エスカレーション
主なビジネスは以下の領域に大別されます。
- Application & Infrastructure：クラウドソリューション・アプリケーション開発・セキュリティ
- Modern Workplace：Microsoft 365を活用した新しい働き方の実現・Employment Experience
- Business Applications：CRM・ERP・デジタルマーケティング
- Data & Analytics：AI、BI、IA、IoT
【案件の特徴】
当社が携わる主要な大規模案件をシステム導入後の安定稼働させ、利活用を促進し、当初計画した顧客の課題解決へ導くデリバリーリードをご担当いただきます。就業環境はグローバル性に富み、弊社内米国、英国、インド、フィリピン等とのステークホルダーとの日々の連携をローカルの担当窓口として行っていただきます。
【必須（MUST）】
グローバル環境においてオフショアチームなどを含め、システム開発・導入・運用・保守等を担当した経験
システム開発案件の設計・導入・運用・保守と全般のライフサイクルの各フェーズのリード経験
プログラム/ プロジェクトのファイナンス管理
顧客への提案・調整
【歓迎（WANT）】
高いプレゼンテーション・コミュニケーションスキル
言語スキル：日本語・英語共にビジネスレベル以上
10年以上のSI経験でその内5年は管理経験あり
学歴 学士レベル以上
