Job Description

Join a rapidly growing, exciting global practice organization within Avanade’s Global Solution Area (GSA) focused on the ongoing growth of the Modern Workplace business through innovative commercial & delivery models and superb client service while working with the latest Microsoft M365 technologies.

Day-to-Day, you will:

  • Execute global business strategies and priorities through operational tactics that direct the business to achieve financial and strategic goals.
  • Own and execute business operations, partnering with Finance, HR, Sales, and other stakeholder groups to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Serve as escalation point for operational issues
  • Provide leadership, oversight and direction for the global team, ensuring skills and capabilities are effectively managed and optimized
  • Lead workforce planning & execution activities with direct accountability for chargeability and employee productivity
  • Lead deal qualifications - identify, validate, and grow opportunities in strategic accounts by driving solutions aligned to Avanade’s offerings, in partnership with the Avanade business development teams
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights
  • Educate and partner with regional sales & offering leads to support client conversations
  • Drive evangelism efforts across the business
  • Own continuous revision of the sales & marketing material
  • Continuously evolve the service - staying up to date with the latest M365 feature releases – beta releases, new features, ongoing training, etc.

 

About You:

You are an experienced business leader with a generalist mindset. You are as comfortable working with a technical team as you are with client business leaders, and you know how to build bridges between the two.

Your Technical & Non-Technical Skills Includes:

 

  • Experience developing and managing a global organization's operations to meet business objectives and strategies
  • Proven ability to coordinate complicated processes across the organization
  • Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience
