Job Description

Organizational Change Management Advisory is looking for multiple levels as the team is rapidly growing.  We are expanding our team across all regions of the US and for the following levels: 


Senior Analyst 

Consultant 

Sr. Consultant 

Manager 

Group Manager

What you need 


- At least 2 years of change management experience 
- A Bachelor’s Degree 


Bonus points if… 


- You’ve got experience working as a consultant in change management 
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in any of the following areas: 

- Change Analytics 
- Change Tracking 
- Change Management Strategy
