The Modern Application Transformation (MAT) Offering Lead, will be a key member of the Dutch Solution Area (SA). Reporting directly to the Application and Infrastructure Solution Netherlands Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of MAT in The Netherlands.

They are the areas on which our clients most frequently seek our guidance during their digital transformation journey. Within our solution areas, we have core offerings, which are the solutions we deliver to our clients. By specializing in, and formalizing these select offerings, we can deepen our relationships with our clients across their entire business and compete in new areas, helping us to grow our market share.
As the Netherlands Offering Lead, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Modern Application Transformation (MAT) offering. You’ll partner closely with both the Regional and the Area GSA Leads to implement a strategy for offering identification and investments.
You’ll focus on driving the offering every day – serving as the “face” of the offering internally and externally, support offering sales through delivery, including capability and capacity, and priority relationships with offering alliance partners, Microsoft and Accenture.
We help our clients accelerate their business outcomes and digital transformations through building better software that takes full advantage of Microsoft Azure and modern, design-led agile development approaches utilizing the latest mobile, web, cloud-native architectures, and open-source technologies.
You will support full-spectrum, cross-offering solutions delivery for clients. You will partner with talent community leads and regional capability leads on resourcing and skill needs to maintain effective business operations and project outcomes.
Within a collaborative construct, you will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve all goals.
As a technology thought leader, you will transform and develop the existing capabilities, positioning Avanade as an innovator in MS Azure for customers and partners alike.

· Partner with the Regional Executive and the Area Applications and Infrastructure Solution Area Lead to implement a strategy for MAT offering identification and investments
· Leverage a client-centric approach to drive the MAT offering to positive business outcomes
· Create and articulate an inspiring vision for the areas you are directly responsible for
· Develop new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry
· Provide offering education to enable account teams to position MAT offerings with clients
· Develop a Regional offering strategy with Microsoft and Accenture
Drive Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Identify opportunities to grow market presence
· Act as a leader throughout the entire proposal or deal lifecycle - from qualification through to commercials and negotiation, including working with offshore SAs, ADSP leading the Avanade sales processes
· Grow and lead a large-scale profitable technology services business within an international environment
· Engage with Op Team, RMULs, and RCLs to assign right resources
· Lead solutioning and design efforts across teams and workstreams to shape client’s solution vision and deliver value
· Support business development through all stages of the sales and delivery deal pursuit process
Deliver with Excellence:
· Partner with clients, particularly at executive level, ensuring client satisfaction through engagement value; gather feedback and experience
· Collaborate with delivery leads to surface delivery issues and estimate EAC outcomes to positive business impact
· Assess and manage the opportunity and risk associated with complex, large-scale consulting projects
· Leverage delivery methodologies (Avanade Connected Methods, Microsoft Solutions Framework, Accenture Delivery Methods) to achieve business goals
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively
Leadership:
· Be effective in a virtual organization mentoring and developing executive-level staff
· Effectively manage and “turn around” projects experiencing delivery issues
· Gain an understanding of customer process and issues, and communicate them back
· Lead onshore and offshore teams to facilitate project work to positive business outcomes
· Monitor, mentor, and lead teams to overcome roadblocks and challenges and implement coordination
· Guide and direct leadership teams in development, production and promotion of solution offerings
Accountable for:
· Area/Regional Sales for Offering
· Area/Regional Revenue for Offering
· Area/Regional CCI for Offering
· Active portfolio management against MAT sales targets, in particular focused on large and repeatable deals
You are client focused on all their endeavours and have extensive expertise borne of a technology services environment together with large-scale systems integration, consulting, or outsourcing. You are passionate, professional, and an impactful MAT Business Leader with technology and solutions depth.
In particular, you have a strong understanding and background of experience in:
· Growing and leading a profitable technology services business, within a global environment partnering with Accenture/Microsoft
· Deep breadth and depth of knowledge surrounding the application lifecycle management, agile development methods and software planning
· Ability to work across both SI and Managed Services (ideally SISA/AOSA)
· Leveraging delivery methodologies (Avanade Connected Methods, Microsoft Solutions Framework, Accenture Delivery Methods) to achieve business goals
· Working across cultures and driving and influencing for results in a matrix organization
· Superior communication and personal leadership skills in a high growth, highly demanding 'best people' environment
· High degree of integrity, credibility, resilience, and character
· Ready to embrace and innovate in the “new normal”
