Your Work
As the North America (NA) Academy Program Manager on the Business HR Team, you will be a strategic resource responsible for helping us build a future-ready workforce at Avanade. You will manage North America learning projects through robust projects and change management skills, tools and practices. By enabling North America Talent academies, you are helping to close supply-demand gaps from a capability and solution area lens by strengthening our abilities to build employee skills and abilities. The NA Academy Program Manager coordinates specific processes and delivery activities to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively. 

Your Community 
You will work closely with various teams inside and outside of Avanade, including operational teams in Avanade’s Advanced Technology Center, HR, Business Stakeholders, Procurement Leads and vendors, as well as the Global Learning and Development team. We remove barriers to entry so we can expand our talent pools and provide more opportunities for all to thrive at Avanade. Together, we will position Avanade as an award-winning destination for top talent, that is future ready and truly diverse. 

Your Experience
You have been successful in managing multiple projects at the same time with an attention to detail. You possess an interest in strategic process design and the employee experience and believe both are essential to continue to elevate the employee experience. You likely possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2+ years in HR, Business Management, Industrial—Organizational Psychology or other related fields. Have worked in a virtual and dispersed team environment. Partnered with individuals across all levels of an organization. Work independently and manage ambiguity, leveraging cross-team resources when needed. Proven experience with design, development, and implementation of sustainable large-scale programs.
 
Your Skills
Strong project/program management through tracking and follow through with an emphasis on Change Management. Robust understanding of Delivery Management principles. Proven ability to understand the business context, identify key issues, and apply your knowledge to drive solutions. Strong stakeholders focus and consultative approach exhibiting a strong partnership mindset. Experience in managing large complex projects/programs along with an ability to multi-task in an agile, growth mindset environment. Demonstrated capability to work well in a team and independently in a fully remote role. Knowledge of the following frequently used tools extremely beneficial: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and PowerBI.
