プロジェクトマネージャーとして、Microsoft Azure環境上で上流工程である企画・コンサルティングから技術力を要す要件定義、設計、開発・構築・テスト、導入後、運用管理までのすべてのフェーズで経験を積み、スキルを発揮することができます。
【業務詳細】
Microsoft Azure環境上で行うWebアプリケーション開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、またはその候補として、下記の役割を担って頂きます。 主に、構築設計における品質/スケジュール/コスト管理およびマネジメント業務とプロジェクトチームの管理を行って頂きます。プロジェクトフェーズによっては、要件定義、基本設計等の上流工程からご対応頂く場合もございます。また、新規、または既存顧客に対する提案活動にもご参加頂くこともございます。
【案件の特徴】
【必須（MUST）】
■システム開発プロジェクトのマネジメント経験あるいはリード経験（クラウドを前提としたシステムだと尚可）
■提案活動や案件の受注から、要件定義・設計・開発・導入まで一貫して携わってきた経験
■お客様のステークフォルダーとのネゴシエーションのスキル
■7年以上の開発経験 + 5年以上の上流工程の経験
■AZ-900の保有、または同等のAzureを利用した開発業務経験
【歓迎（WANT）】
■.NETやMicrosoft Azureに関連するアプリケーション開発経験
■.NET環境やマイクロソフト製品を活用した企業向け業務アプリケーションの構想設計および導入経験
■大規模（10名以上）のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
■顧客開拓・提案経験
■アーキ/ミドルウェア/フレームワーク/アプリ開発、どれか1つでも深い技術理解をしているかつ、幅広り技術知識をもっていること
