【業務概要】  
Share Pointを中心としたMicrosoft 365をベースにした顧客のビジネスやワークスタイルとコンサルティングとそれに伴うシステム設計・開発を行います。

Microsoft 365 とは、Microsoft が提供している、ユーザーがより多くのことを達成できるように、革新的な Office アプリ、インテリジェントなクラウド サービス、最高水準のセキュリティをひとつにまとめたソリューションです。

【業務詳細】  
Microsoft 365を中心としたワークスタイル改革や業務改善に繋がるShare Pointサイト構築やSharePoint Add-in開発・フレームワーク開発、ワークフローの構築、運用、移行などをおこなっていきます。インフラ・アプリ両面の知識が必要となり、One Drive、Teamsなどの組み合わせのソリューションを提案・提供しています。
また、ローコード開発やワークフロー自動化が可能なPower Automate・Power BIやPower AppsといったPower Platformとも連携し、必要に応じてAzureサービスと組み合わせた開発を実施し、お客さまに対しMicrosoft 365ベースのソリューションを迅速に導入支援します。

【案件の特徴】
■オンプレのSharePoint環境をSharePointOnlineに移行する
■社内のポータルサイトをSharePointOnline上に実装する
■SharePoint Online と Power Platformを組み合わせて業務システムを構築する
■Teams の導入や活用についてコンサルティングサービスを提供する
■Microsoft365の導入についてのロードマップの作成などの導入支援を実施する
■Power Platformの導入や促進についてコンサルティングサービスを提供する… など

【プロジェクトマネージャー・リード候補】
プロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、またはその候補として、下記の役割を担って頂きます。
主に、構築設計における品質／スケジュール／コスト管理およびマネジメント業務とプロジェクトチームの管理を行って頂きます。プロジェクトフェーズによっては、要件定義、基本設計等の上流工程からご対応頂く場合もございます。また、新規、または既存顧客に対する提案活動にもご参加頂くこともございます。

【必須（MUST）】

下記いずれかのご経験がある方

■Office 365: Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Teams 等 （Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business/Lync に関してはオンプレミスでの経験も可）を活用した企画・設計・構築・運⽤・利⽤促進

■企業内 の情報共有システムや社内ポータルサイト、グループウェアなどを構築・運用・活用促進した経験

■社内情報検索システムの導⼊・運⽤・活⽤促進した経験（FASTやGoogle検索アプライアンスなど）

■SharePointを利⽤したワークフローの構築（SharePoint Designer、Nintex Workflow、AgilePoint、OpenCube、K2など）

■SharePoint Frameworkを用いたカスタマイズ／開発

■インフラ領域に関するコンサルティング経験
■グローバルリソースを使っての開発経験

【プロジェクトマネージャー・リード】
