Job Description

As an ERP Business Analysis Senior Manager, you will translate the Avanade Consulting strategy into objectives and work plans. You are a liaison between Avanade clients and ERP consultants, creating and implementing work plans for assigned projects, programs, and clients against established operational objectives. Together with other managers you will build the team of strong professionals to solve our clients’ business challenges using ERP solutions. You also will be responsible for key competencies development plans, provide supervision and mentoring to your team. 

Your role:

Transform the customers’ performance by evaluating the customer's business process, defining the functional and non-functional requirements, prototyping, and configuring the respective business processes in D365 or AX and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints defined by the customer

Day-to-day you will:

Lead client workshops with C-level stakeholders to analyze and design solutions for any application and/or process gaps

Gather information about business process and customers’ requirements, document functional specifications, interfaces, settings, and customer specific system

Assist the technical staff by testing the behavior of the system, support the key-users in user acceptance testing of the system, train key-users and/or end-users

Transition the solution to the support organization

Build, manage and develop the team of D365/AX professionals 

Your technical and non-technical skills include:

Track record of realized implementations of Microsoft D365 or AX, knowledge of Microsoft platform

Practical experience of at least one software development methodology

Results-oriented, self-directed attitude with ability to drive change in unstructured environment

Strong client interface including relationship building, presentation, customer expectations management skills

Strong management skills including planning and organizing the team’s work to meet the business objectives in efficient way, the ability to set and obey priorities, ability to build the team and develop its potential

Your added value:

Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, additional certifications (e.g. Agile/SCRUM, ITIL etc.) are an advantage

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree + in business or technology-related field 

Working knowledge of other Microsoft platform technologies
