The work

The opportunity
You’re bringing change management experience, including leading teams and building a practice working on digital initiatives and ERP/CRM transformations. You’ll work closely with our clients and Avanade colleagues to deliver on all aspects of a change journey, from strategy through planning to execution, with clear communications throughout. We’re good at dreaming big and delivering—you’ll play a key part in helping our clients thrive in their transformed environments.

Your experience
Likely includes 5ish years of change management consulting in a client-facing role. You’re comfortable with the Microsoft suite and an effective leader and business developer.

Your skills
You have skills in critical thinking and working in fluid, complex environments. You’re a strong communicator and a dynamic leader.
