Job Description
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager

- Work with the portfolio leads and various stakeholders to support ongoing security initiatives, solutions, and projects. Assist with document creation and updating of processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support team with pulling data and refreshing Power BI (Business Intelligence) based security risk reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (O365) products e.g., Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Understanding or experience of traditional security controls and technologies, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
- Understanding of Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Antivirus and Firewalls, in addition to Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies, including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS as well as public, private and hybrid environments
- Basic network connectivity protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, and DNS), where they reside on the OSI model, and how they technically function to provide basic connectivity to a system
- Understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.
- CompTIA Security + certification is preferred.
- Computer Operating System knowledge (Windows and/or MAC).
- Computer hardware knowledge.
- Existing Power BI skills (or willing to learn), including report design, connecting to data sources, importing, and transforming data, and knowledge of DAX, a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet established deliverable timelines.
- Exhibit team building, team participation, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Present within the organization in a concise and organized manner (from managers to Executive/Leadership).
