As a Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle.

Day-to-day you will:

· Manage scope, budget, and timing.

· Accountable for project delivery success.

· Act as the point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors.

· Prepare and manage quality management plans.

· Determine the approach to be used on the project based on the understanding of the client's requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project.

· Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders.

· Manages client expectations.

· Optionally become product expert.

· Report project progress to the steering committee.

· Manage schedules.

· Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients.

· Direct and motivate the project team.

Technical and non-technical skills and knowledge:

· Experience in infrastructure project management (onpremise, cloud and/or M365)

· Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment

· Strong client interface and presentation skills.

· Strong business acumen.

· Track record of initiative and outstanding performance.

· Excellent interpersonal skills-'Customer Focus'.

· Manages customer expectations effectively.

· Ability to quickly build relationships.

· Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills.
