Our Workplace Advisory team sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology and industries and thrives on turning ideas and innovations into breakthrough results for leading organizations around the world. As a Group Manager, you will focus on providing advisory and implementation insights and services to help clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace and employee experience transformation. You'll work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges in the areas of employee experience strategy and transformation, employee analytics and insights, employee value proposition modernization, workforce transformation, culture change and physical workplace design.

What you’ll do

* Lead and support the delivery of a broad range of Modern Workplace Advisory engagements
* Assist in project proposals including crafting the proposed solution and collaborating with other Avanade individuals to secure new client work.
* Develop employee and team centric experiences (using data driven insights) that have parity with, or are better than, customer experiences to drive innovation, efficiency and retention of top talent at scale.
* Play a role in business development / sales activities by working closely with account and sales teams to ensure proposition and solution alignment.
* Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organization transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
* Drive cultural and operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric modern workplace.

Skills and experiences

* Experience selling large, integrated workplace / employee experience solutions.
* Previous experience working on multiple Advisory engagements in a highly matrixed external client facing environment, with presales and client management responsibilities.
* Experience defining high level enterprise digital (business and technology) architectures to support employee experience transformation strategy recommendations.
* Workplace solution experience covering; digital platform to promote staff and supplier/partner engagement, culture change centered on innovation and/or digital, operating model and organization design, workforce analytics and development of predictive model analytics and development of predictive models, experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their customer service proposition.

As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, as set forth below.
