Graduation assignment:
The objective of this assignment is to design an application/dashboard/automation to recognize employee achievements on a project. In this assignment your solution will be used to track milestones (planned, ongoing, completed), successes and connections of people.
To ensure that your solution meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, you will collaborate closely with them throughout the development process, from ideation to delivery. Additionally, you will create technical and functional documentation to highlight the capabilities and use cases of the solutions you develop, and conduct demo presentations to demonstrate your solution.
During your internship you will work with online documentation/video tutorials for Microsoft Power Platform, you will interact with Avanade stakeholders to understand business challenges. You will test the effectiveness of the solutions by integrating it into Avanade’s platform, for this you can seek feedback to adjust afterwards. You Write a technical and functional document of your work. At the end of your internship, you will present a demo of solution.
Join our IT department and collaborate with experienced professionals to develop innovative solutions that tackle real-world business challenges faced by Avanade. You will have the opportunity to explore the full range of features and functionality offered by the Power Platform, while working to analyze business requirements and design, code, test and implement your solution.
Please note: we are looking for students who either speak NL and ENG proficiently, or FR and ENG. This is a strong requirement.

We are looking for you because:
- You are a bachelor or master student and are looking for an educational and challenging graduate internship in the field of IT consultancy starting from September- October 2023;
- You have a background in Business Administration, Handelswetenschappen or an IT-related study;
- You have affinity with Microsoft and IT-consultancy;
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, or both French and English;
- You are motivated to set up a good thesis research, you work proactively and independently, and you enjoy meeting new people!
