As the Global Skills and Capabilities Lead at Avanade, you own and evolve the processes and governance of our people capability framework. You partner with HR, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Business Operations, Talent Community and Solution Area Leads, Accenture colleagues and others to define strategic people capabilities within the framework and track capability growth in relation to business strategy and client demand.

Key Requirements:
  • Enable and Design governance, process improvement, tooling and reporting on Avanade’s people capability.
  • Design and facilitate the ongoing governance of defining strategic capabilities. 
  • Enable the organization to monitor and track capability growth KPIs and trends and the definition/tracking of new strategic capabilities. 
  • Partner with Workforce Planning and Talent Community Leaders to align workforce plans and capability growth priorities and ensures that agreed workforce plans support our priority skills growth agenda as well as meeting client project needs. 
  • Partner with IT to enhance employee experience within the Avanade Skills Hub, reporting, and learning platforms. 
  • Consult with IT and relevant stakeholders on the evolution of demand-side data integrations, such as Client 365 and AEP as well as supply-side integrations with MME, myScheduling, and Workday. 
  • Partner with Accenture, our parent company, to maintain alignment of future plans as well as key data flows and logic that impacts Avanade’s Indirect visibility within Accenture.

  • Experience in Consulting Industry is preferred
4 year degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design or other focus area preferred.
