For our Manufacturing innovation hub in Bologna, we are looking for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultants with significant experience in Manufacturing. 

Job Description

As a Functional Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant : 

• You are a client-facing consultant and together with your team, you are responsible for the delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
• You map the processes that are carried out at our customers in the field of Manufacturing and related processes. 
• You collect the requirements, make a design of the solution that supports and optimizes the business processes of our customers in the best way. 
• Together with a team of other experts, both onshore and offshore, you ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested, and implemented. 
• You coach less experiences colleagues and you can of course also be coached by the solution architect. 
• You also contribute to any aftercare, such as organizing and providing workshops for users. 
• You have a significant experience in Manufacturing

While the role requires knowledge of ERP and Dynamics 365 we will not engage just on ERP projects but we will support the end to end digital transformation of the customers that requires the full stack of Microsoft Technology, hence we require and we will support the development of the industry knowledge and solution capabilities, including both business and technology perspectives.

This role is open to candidates around the world that are willing to relocate in Bologna (Italy). 

Qualifications:

• Significant practical and functional experience with the implementation of Dynamics 365 
• You have a strong knowledge of Supply Chain modules, being Microsoft certified is an advantage
• A level of understanding of the Manufacturing Modules in addition to Supply Chain is also required
• Conceptual knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Applications (Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, Field Services, EAM, HR etc.)
• Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Apps, Azure etc.
• Fluency (written and oral) in English
• Higher Degree in Business or Economics, Computer science or similar industry experience
• You are able to quickly understand customer processes in the field of Manufacturing and to write a functional design. 
• Excellent communication skills, client facing experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong customer focus
