Job Description

Do you want to contribute to the digital transformation of one of the world's largest consumer electronics, utility or energy companies? Do you want to help organizations and their front-line workers to overcome challenges like an aging workforce, keeping workers safe and healthy and increase their productivity? Do you want to enable bleeding edge technology for our customers such as IoT, Digital Twins and Mixed Reality? As a Dynamics 365 Field Service consultant at Avanade, you will work towards the best solution for our customers, as part of the team. You will become part of our global digital practice and work in multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of Field Service and Customer Experience projects. 

You support and guide customers in their digital transformations to improve and digitize the experience of their front-line workers. In workshops, you will guide the customer and your team to develop the optimal solution, which you will then realize. You refine and clarify user stories, build and test the solution and bring it to live together with a team of other experts - both onshore and offshore.

We help large international companies in various industries with their digital transformation issues, which guarantees challenging work on large and complex projects. Our projects last from a few months to several years. Your talent, skills, and development are taken into account when working on projects. On projects, you will work together with a product owner, solution architect, delivery lead, technical team lead, and (junior) Dynamics 365 CE consultants and developers. Depending on your wishes and experience level, you can grow into other roles, of course with the right guidance. If you like, you can also be involved in (pre-) sales projects or help shape the internal organization. We have a large offshore workforce, and this means that you will also have to deal with working with remote colleagues. Within Avanade, we mainly work according to the agile method.

About you

  • You have at least 8 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE consultant
  • You have good knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service or other Field Service platforms and/or Field Service industry, certification is a plus;
  • You are a team player who, together with our colleagues, wants to achieve the best results for our customers
