As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You will be part of the Nordics CE (Customer Engagement) practice that consists of around 60 members in different roles as Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Consultants. We primarily work with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and often collaborate with other practices, especially with Data & AI and Software Engineering. We have flexible work arrangements so you can work either from home or at Avanade's or our clients' offices.

What will you do?

  • Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on the use of technology to solve business challenges.
  • Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing and extending Dynamics 365 CE and utilize the Power Platform to meet client needs. 
  • Actively participating across all project phases (e.g., plan, analyze, design, build and test).
  • Demonstrating a commitment to your professional development by actively obtaining relevant Power Platform (e.g., PL-200) and Dynamics CRM certifications.
  • Depending on your seniority, you may lead project teams with expertise and guidance.

Skills and experiences:
  • Experience working as a Functional or Technical CRM Consultant, preferably in a dual functional and technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
  • Technical experience and/or ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., CE, Sales and/or Customer Service. Having Field Service experience is a plus). 
  • Experience working with no-code/low-code development.
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in Finnish (at least B2 level) and English. Proficiency in Swedish language is a plus.

    This will help you stand out: 
  • Programming skills and understanding of JavaScript, C# and the .NET-framework.
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience leading project teams on a day-to-day basis with expertise, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of IT such as Computer Science, Information Systems, E-Business or similar.
