As a CRM Solution Development Manager, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with an unrivaled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee team’s work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
  • Direct efforts to defining technical, operational, and user requirements.
  • Review and improve conceptual architecture and technical solutions designs.
  • Oversee partnership and coordination between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Hold your team(s) accountable to project quality standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
  • Own partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery.
  • Take an active role in sales activities and planning as required.


Skills and experiences

  • Full lifecycle PowerApps canvas and Model Driven App experience
  • Designing and developing Power Automate workflows.
  • Some Dynamics CRM grounding
  • Dataverse or SharePoint
  • SharePoint Framework development
  • Developing Power Platform solutions in SharePoint and Teams
  • Microsoft Power Platform exams/certifications
