As Global Client Campaigns Lead, you will be exceptionally client centric in your approach, leveraging client insight and market intelligence to drive campaign strategy, creative content, positioning and messaging.

As a seasoned people manager, you oversee the global client campaigns team, managing and mentoring direct reports, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to be successful in their roles and overall professional journey at Avanade.

Working closely with, and collaborating with many stakeholders across 20+ countries, you will strategically lead and execute multiple brand and demand generation campaigns, driving campaign excellence across your team. You will partner closely with your peers that lead campaigns for our talent audience and Alliances, sharing best practice and enabling our wider team to achieve greater ROI.

As the Global Client Campaigns Lead, you are an exceptionally strong leader, with deep, proven demand generation and campaign experience on a global level. Highly motivated and targeted in approach, you will lead and drive high performance and execution excellence across all activations, enabling our field marketing teams to be successful and sales teams to achieve revenue ambitions.

In this critical leadership role, you will report directly into our Senior Director of Global Campaigns and play a pivotal part in our Global Campaigns team and wider Client Experience Marketing function. Across our key client segments, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns with interconnected journeys across multiple physical and digital touchpoints. Your CX design needs to create intuitive, engaging journeys for our clients across full funnel activation and conversion. This is a truly exciting role that collaborates not only with all of our field marketing teams, but also global marketing leaders and business stakeholders, helping us to truly differentiate and win in our market. Your partnership with our Senior Director of Client Experience and Advocacy will be vital as we connect global 1: many, 1: few programs with high touch Account Based Marketing initiatives across our segmentation model.

You will be a trusted advisor and partner for field marketing teams and the business, driving global best practice. You will also be adept at utilizing insights and intelligence to support campaign strategy, ongoing optimization and define clear measures of commercial success across key client personas, audiences and regions.

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for our end-to-end global campaign strategy, framework and execution for Avanade Clients and prospects, from always-on through to demand and nurture programs, to help generate $1.5bn of originated pipeline.
  • Lead a high performing integrated client campaign center of excellence for Avanade, driving best practice in world-class campaign execution, designing integrated audience journeys and experiences that exceed industry performance benchmarks. Shape campaign propositions, in lockstep alignment with the Solutions & Industry team. Partner closely with our Senior Director of Client Experience Marketing and Client Advocacy to design integrated digital journeys and buyer conversion from 1: many, 1: few activations into targeted high touch ABM programs.   
  • Establish strong operating processes across teams and within your team to maintain strong service levels for the field and business stakeholders, including a lockstep alignment with the Global Paid Marketing Activation Lead who owns the creation of all promotional assets, and collaboration with other content owners across an agreed Bill of Materials for all campaign activation.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, from creative, translation and  content agencies to our in-house digital enablement team and global flagship events team.
  • Accountable for the global client marketing budget, defining measurement frameworks, campaign KPI’s and measuring success in flight, to optimize performance across the team
  • Understand the client market trends, gain market insight to help shape the content strategy. Responsible for defining key target accounts, critical personas and target lists, agreeing them with regions.

Skills and experiences:

  • B2B technology or services-orientated company background.
  • Experience in matrixed organization with complex / lengthy buying cycles.
  • Experience in managing global marketing campaign and/or events management.
  • Management experience and large campaign / program management.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of managing multiple paid media channels across Paid Search, Programmatic display, content syndication and paid media with strong retargeting strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing nurture email campaigns and highly targeted digital email programs across different personas.
  • Excellent campaign planning and project management skills, confident at managing complex programs in a matrix environment.
