About the Job

Identifying a goal or destination is easy figuring out how to get there is the hard part. Navigating an organization—its people, technology, and processes—through transformational change is as much art as it is science. We are looking for a director-level change enablement subject matter expert familiar with the art and science of large-scale change, as well as the ability to evolve our global change enablement practice as we help other companies embrace the full benefits of digital transformation.

As the leader of our Change Enablement practice, you’ll serve as the “face” of change enablement both internally and externally, from pre-sales and mobilization through effective delivery, including management of capability and capacity both onshore and offshore. You will draw upon proven methods and analytics to drive effective transformation in partnership with C-level executives to set their course for change.


Day to day, you will :


  • Expand and lead our team of change professionals, coaching and managing across sales, delivery, offer and capability development.
  • Coach internal partner on leveraging change to increase our ability to create value with clients.
  • Lead solution planning and design efforts for Change Enablement, partnering with business development and account teams to drive sales in targeted accounts
  • Partner with technology-based Talent Communities to incorporate change into large scale digital transformation deals
  • Help advise clients on the challenges and opportunities arising from digital disruption among customers and employees
  • Work closely with senior client executives to keep them up to date on the effectiveness of change efforts, while creating strategies and plans for organizational change
  • Contribute to our global Change Enablement Talent Community, sharing successes and best practices, and coordinating with peers across the globe
  • Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and Accenture and other potential partners
  • Travel as dictated by business needs 


About You

You’re an experienced change agent, with 15+ years in Change Enablement. You can translate strategic direction into actionable communication and influencing goals within highly complex organizations. You have experience executing service redesigns as well as managing business segments. Not only can you inspire collaboration, communication and change with C-level executives, but also amongst a large, globally dispersed team of change enablement professionals.

Your skillset and experience likely include:

  • Successful pre-sales, co-selling and business development within a diverse customer portfolio and complex channel management
  • Demonstrated managerial, leadership and effective peer teaming expertise in large, multinational consulting organizations
  • Ability to establish deep relationships of trust with executive level clients to influence and effectively navigate matrixed organizations
  • Consulting and project-based background with a passion for leading change through transformational technology solutions, including but not limited to assessment of Digital maturity, Digital Transformation and Digital Change
  • Expertise and facilitation of design thinking, including mapping of actors and associated roles and responsibilities of a change network, as well as risk and impact analysis across organization, processes, tools, procedures, HR and culture
  • Expertise in leading adoption program in a context of complex digital transformation program such as ERP or CRM implementation


Preferred Role Qualifications

  • Relevant Organizational Change Management certifications (i.e. Prosci)
  • Relevant graduate degree
  • A relevant Advanced Degree or an MBA
