About the role
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will manage Digital projects following standard project management practices including gathering and defining project requirements, developing project plans, assessing budgets and schedules, determining staffing requirements, and assembling cross-functional project teams. You will balance workloads, provide work direction and analytical guidance to project team, including scheduling, assignment of work, and evaluation of project efforts, as well as removal or mitigation of roadblocks that may hinder project success.
You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from shaping deals, to ideation and implementation of projects. Delivery managers will be responsible for leading customer engagements and teams in North America and our offshore teams in creating UX, design and technology deliverables. You will be part of a global team sharing your ideas and work across teams in Europe and Asia.
Basic understanding of information architecture, experience design, visual design, usability testing, heuristic analysis and persona development is preferred. Experience with eCommerce, Mobile Applications and Content Management is ideal. Interest and excitement in the UX field is a must. The project manager will work alongside UX leads to execute creative, business analysis and technical teams in capturing user research and requirements, creating personas/profiles, user scenarios/flows, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and performing usability testing.

Qualifications
7+ years of digital project management experience
5+ years in an agency/consulting environment
5+ years of direct people management experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technology-related field
Technical skills and knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically
- Basic knowledge of contract terms
- Proven skills in customer expectations management
- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology
- Working knowledge of any of the following platforms/ technologies: E-commerce, Mobile, Content Management Systems
Other skills and knowledge
- Clear and concise oral and written communication
- Negotiation skills
- Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
- Good client interface and presentation skills
- Business acumen
- Time management skills
- Customer oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
