【職務概要】
Microsoftテクノロジーを活用したエンタープライズ向けソリューション導入に伴うコンサルティング、計画立案から要件定義、設計、開発、導入、導入後の運用サポートまでをデリバリーマネジメントサポートとして参画します。デリバリーリード（プロジェクトマネージャ）補佐を担い、将来的にデリバリーリード業務全体を担っていただくことを期待しています。
・新規、または既存顧客に対するソリューションプランニング/提案/プリセールス活動
・パッケージ導入/アドオン開発に関わるスケジュール/コスト/品質管理、およびマネジメント業務
・導入工程における顧客コミュニケーション/レポート/スコープ調整等
・ローカル/グローバルのデリバリーオフィスやリーダーシップへの定期的なレポート/エスカレーション

【求める人材】
大学・短大・高等専門学校・専門学校においてビジネスまたはテクノロジー関連を専攻した方（学部/学科は問いません）
システムインテグレータ・ITコンサルティングファーム・ユーザー企業において3年以上ソフトウェア開発、ERP・CRM導入のプロジェクトに携わった経験をお持ちの方
チームリーダーまたはサブリーダーとして1年以上の経験をお持ちの方
ウォーターフォールおよびアジャイルのプロジェクトマネジメントに興味がある方
英語を使ったコミュニケーションが好きな方
