Your role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner is to define and execute our recruiting and sourcing strategy for our local teams. To help Avanade grow our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Data & AI recruiter. In this role your  responsibility span across the entire talent lifecycle from junior professionals to experienced professionals and Data & AI leaders. Our Data & AI team is one of the fastest growing and this is an opportunity to support the exciting growth we are seeing. With you as our newest team member we’re able to recruit top Data & AI specialists and grow our business even further. 

What you will do

As a Talent Acquisition team it is our goal to partner with our business stakeholders and advise them on the best Talent strategy and recruiting plan. 

- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop a recruiting strategy specifically for the Data & AI teams including the identification, engagement and recruitment for critical and hard-to-fill roles;

- Lead full lifecycle recruitment efforts, including identifying, attracting and recruiting passive candidates;

- Drive and engage in direct sourcing efforts, leveraging effective and creative sourcing methods within and beyond LinkedIn; 

- Focus on inclusion and diversity sourcing to align with Avanade hiring goals;

- Consult and partner with Data & AI leadership and candidates to ensure successful negotiation;

- Partner with the local Talent Acquisition team for alignment and shared best practices;

- Contribute to various initiatives and projects (i.e. interviewer training, external partnerships);

- Be an active member of our Talent Acquisition team. We value your feedback and ideas!

What you will bring

You will strengthen our team with your:

- Experience in successfully recruiting Data & AI professionals in the Netherlands. Experience of recruitment in the Belgium market is not required;

- Advanced sourcing skills and your ability to recruit ‘hot’ skills;

- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates;

- Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Both verbally and in writing in Dutch and English;

- Track record of building strong relationships, both externally and internally;

- Strong analytical, problem-solving mind set, and ability to take a data driven approach to your day-to-day activities;

- Enthusiasm, ability to see opportunities and taking initiative. You bring a ‘can do’-mentality to a team of likeminded individuals and you’re ready to grow Avanade Netherlands and Belgium together. 

In this role you’ll be recruiting for positions in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Experience in recruiting in Belgium is not a requirement, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to join an international environment and continuously learn.
