Job Description

  •      Has at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with excellent knowledge of the platform (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Omnichannel).
  •      Utilize MS Dynamics experience to gather business requirements
  •       Analyze and study existing business processes and propose improvement in them. Knowledge in banking industry is a plus.  
  •      Create user stories and product backlog for development team and Work with the client for prioritization of the requirements.
  •      Work closely with business to define business rules, workflows, and access control
  •      Setup and configure Dynamics CRM in an optimum manner to meet the business requirements
  •      Coordinate between Onshore-offshore for any queries or clarifications
  •      Work with the test team to facilitate functional testing and UAT
  •      Identify risks, issues and actively report on the project progress to management
  •      Assist with preparing the work instructions and other training materials
