Job Description

As a D365 F&SCM Support Consultant - specialising in Microsoft Business Application Technology, you are client-facing and responsible for the definition and collection of requirements through to the build and deployment of the solution. 

This role provides the opportunity to work for the Microsoft® #1 Partner, with an unrivalled focus on development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills, as well as a dedicated career advisor to support you through your career progression.  We will cross-train any successful candidates into Microsoft Finance technology.

Your day to day tasks will include:

·        Answer telephone calls and email communications professionally and knowledgeably

·        Take ownership for requests and manage their lifecycle through to closure involving other resources as required (including QUANTIQ, client and 3rd party resources)

·        Ensure that the client is informed as to the progress of the request in line with the agreed communications plan and Service Levels

·        Assign requests to Third Parties or resources outside of the support function where requests are outside the skills of the level 3 team retaining ownership of the request ensuring it is appropriately managed through to closure

·        Ensure requests are managed to required quality, priority and agreed to Service Levels

·        Escalate issues and potential breaches to Team Leads, Client Leads and management in-line with defined processes

·        Undertake regular audits of requests to ensure that the correct level of service is being provided and that information and knowledge is accurately maintained

·        Provide service reports, and responses to queries in a timely manner as per agreed processes

·        Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope and budget

·        Business and systems analysis and documentation

·        Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality

·        Application configuration and setup

·        Provide system training to both internal and external clients

·        Development and delivery of testing strategies

·        Managing change control

·        Design and execution of data migration strategies

·        Go-live and post-live support

·        Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead.

Skills and Experience

Education & Training

·        Microsoft Dynamics qualification

Work Experience

·        3+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience

·        2+ years’ experience in supporting solutions

·        Experience of working with bespoke NAV solutions

Specialised Knowledge & Skills:

·        Efficient written and oral communication skills in agreed languages

·        Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients

·        Experience / qualifications in any of accounting, manufacturing, retail

·        Experience designing and coordinating multi-site or multi-national implementations
