Job Description

Recruitment Administration, Diversity Sourcing and Digital Marketing Intern


September 2022 for a 6-9-month internship with the possibility of extension. Note, we cannot sponsor visas for this role.

We are so excited to be welcoming an intern into the Talent Acquisition's Creative Talent Team! Your role will be varied and split between key areas such as:

  • Supporting with critical administration tasks critical to the Creative Talent team’s successful delivery of over 100 brilliant candidates per year across lots of different programmes (graduates, apprentices, interns, career changers an returners!)
  • Working on the social media and digital REVAMP of our early talent brand and attraction. This is where you will work with the Creative Talent Lead to spark positive change and impact!

Recruitment Administration + Diversity Sourcing

  • Direct sourcing of diverse technology candidates through our ATS (Avature) and on LinkedIn.
  • Your sourcing will be a matter of deep sourcing of diverse technology candidates across our growing target locations such as Ireland, Newcastle, and Manchester.
  • Learning and then leading on the graduate screening process- sourcing, running first screenings and shortlisting a high volume of candidates for assessment centre
  • Support the team’s senior recruiters with organising virtual candidate assessment days
        • Support the team with organizing any external recruitment and campus events in universities and colleges


Early Talent Brand and Attraction

        • Working with the Creative Talent Lead to plan deliver on our early talent brand strategy on social media and in person.
  • Help lead on the creation and delivery of new ways to attract early talent and promote the Avanade brand using social media i.e. TikTok & Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit


What we are looking for:

You are enrolled student either at college or 2nd year student looking for a placement year.

  • Strong potential to learn and deliver on deep CV and LinkedIn sourcing- keenness to learn cutting edge diversity recruitment skills
  • Have experience with handling and growing social media accounts
  • Natural problem solver and networker
  • A strong people person who is intuitive and loves speaking with people
  • Enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn
  • Enjoys both independent and collaborative work.
