Our Workplace Advisory team sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology and experiences, and thrives on turning ideas and innovations into breakthrough results for leading organizations around the world. As a Consultant/ Sr Consultant, you will focus on providing advisory and implementation insights and services to help clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace and employee experience transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges in the areas of employee experience strategy and transformation, employee analytics and insights, employee value proposition modernization, workforce transformation, culture change and physical workplace design.

What you’ll do

  • Develop employee and team centric experiences (using data driven insights) that have parity with, or are better than, customer experiences to drive innovation, collaboration improvement and retention of top talent at scale.
  • Support Workplace Practice Leadership on client engagements, responsible for the project management and associated deliverables.
  • Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organization transformation strategies, propositions and solutions.
  • Drive cultural and operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric modern workplace.
  • Support the identification, development, and implementation of workplace experience propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
  • Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.

Skills and experiences

  • Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with client executives and effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience assisting sales of large, integrated workplace / employee experience solutions, and the associated organizational/cultural change.
  • Experience with developing employee listening strategies and deployment to support employee experience transformation strategy recommendations.

Other desired Workplace solution experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in design thinking and user-centric methodologies
  • Understand workforce analytics
  • Survey development and deployment
  • Understanding of sustainable workplace practices
  • Workshop design and facilitation
  • Understanding of operating model and organization design
  • Ability to develop solutions for systems enabled co-creation and innovation.
  • Task and/or process automation and augmentation

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, and Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. 

Role Location: Range of starting pay for role: 

California: ($107,100 - $153,000) 

Colorado: ($92,650 - $125,00) 

Washington: ($107,100 - $144,000)
