Job Description
- Avanadeにとって、特に重要な大手顧客との強固な信頼関係の構築とその継続を支えるチームです。
- Sales部門とEngineering部門のちょうど中間に位置していて、営業～デリバリーまで、担当顧客の専門家として社内の様々なスペシャリストとあらゆる面で連携します。
- SIプロジェクトに携わった経験が豊富で、ビジネス/業務/Techコンサルティングに強い管理職以上のメンバーが揃う少数精鋭のチームです。
- Avanadeが今最も注力したい顧客のクライアントマネージャーとなって頂きます。
- セールスの段階からコンサルティングなどの上流工程、さらにプロジェクト開始後はサービスデリバリーの完了まで、すべてのプロセスで舵取りをして頂きます。
- ご担当して頂くのは、年商数千億～数兆円規模の大企業が中心です。各業界を牽引されている一流のお客様と、密な戦略的コミュニケーションを行い、まだ見えない課題や問題の芽を摘み取り、そこからソリューションの提案/提供に結び付けることで、さらなるビジネスの拡大へとつなげて頂きます。
- 非常にやりがいがあり、かつ会社への貢献度の高い極めて重要なポジションです。
- 大手担当顧客との信頼関係構築と維持
- 大手担当顧客からの新規案件に関わる提案とその獲得
- 担当顧客に関連する全てのプロジェクト責任者として、全体のマネジメント
- 担当業界に対する新規顧客開拓の支援など、社内関連部門との各種連携
- SIまたはコンサルティング企業での勤務経験がある方
- 下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- プロジェクト・マネージャー経験：5年程度～
- テクニカルコンサルタント（デリバリー）経験：5年程度～
- エンタープライズクライアントの担当経験：5年程度～
- エンタメ、自動車、製造、テクノロジー、流通・小売業界への強いパイプや深い知見がある方
- プリセールスもしくは営業の経験がある方
- 年商1,000億程度～の顧客担当経験がある方
- SIや技術の追求にとらわれないビジネス志向
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
- SIerという枠に捉われずにビジネスが展開できるような、今までの基盤＋新しい形で顧客の課題解決や社会貢献をしていきたいと考えています。
- お客様のビジネスを成功に導けるような多角的なアプローチを、国内に限らず海外と強く連携して行えることが強みです。
