Job Description

Do you enjoy being responsible for the full end-to-end customer engagement model from relationship development, account sales through ongoing delivery?

As an Industry Account Director/Client Account Lead (CAL), you are responsible for the client and client relationship while focusing on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Sales Director and Leadership team to create, own, execute and maintain the Client Account Plans for Avanade and drive integration with Accenture and Microsoft across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will be at minimum 30% chargeable with the rest of your time focused on sales and account leadership. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

Lead the Client Lead team that is responsible for the largest clients & foster client relationship. Accountable for the strategy, upscaling the relationship model of stablished client interactions, leading the team that are responsible to interact with senior and C-Level client personnel toward a successful execution of our projects and client strategy.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for one or two key accounts driving sales, revenue, delivery, client satisfaction. Chargeable (Guidance: CE 40% - to be adjusted based on client context). Focus on growing existing clients, guidance: a Client Lead covers 1 or 2 accounts max. Creates, owns, maintains client Account Plan for Avanade and, if applicable, drives integration with Accenture. Seen as 'career growth' role.

Foster collaboration, leadership, and a sense of belonging for our Account Leadership Talent Community:

·        Foster a culture of learning, sharing, and solving amongst Accounting Leadership TC members using collaboration tools and community events

·        Conduct regular calls to engage the community and facilitate TC collaboration

·        Drive TC community activities in partnership with Country TC Leads

·        Be recognized as a “connected” regional leader, who can speak to TC members on behalf of the business.

·        Help our Talent Community Lead to improve the relationship in CXO Level

·        Help our Talent Community Lead to improve the strategic view of our clients

·        Conduct all-hands briefing calls for TC members and Career Advisers to review skill priorities and communicate learning focus areas

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:

Experience Leading senior Client Account

Proven experience on creating client relationship and value strategy

Leads Client and partner relationship building with CEO, CIO, CXO.

Gravitas & strong client-facing ability (develop and maintain long-term client relationships) CXO-facing and ability to earn 'seat at the table' (includes engaging and being peer of Accenture CALs in Accenture channel accounts)

Business-focused & can engage in business-led conversations with clients Drive growth & run client P&L People and team management Market, industry, and client expertise Consultative selling and financial performance management
