Technical D365 CE Consultant - September Start

Do you want to contribute to the digital transformation of one of the world's largest charities, beer breweries or oil companies? As senior Dynamics 365 CE lead consultant you help our customers in defining their digital strategy and you are co-responsible for the delivery of large Dynamics 365 CE projects. You will be involved in the entire process - from proposal to completion and aftercare of the digital transformation. You will become part of our global digital practice and work in multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of Customer Experience projects. Our team consists of over 50 CRM consultants in the Netherlands, and over 40,000 colleagues worldwide.

You support and guide customers in their digital transformations to improve and digitize their customer experience. You immerse yourself in complex customer challenges on a strategic, tactical and operational level. In workshops, you guide the customer to develop the optimal solution, which you will then realize with your team of Avanade colleagues. As the Senior Lead Consultant, you guide (part of) the team and act as a coach for less experienced colleagues. We have a large offshore workforce, and this means that you will also manage outsourcing of parts of the solution. For these offshore colleagues you will also function as a team leader and you will assess the delivered work. Furthermore, you closely collaborate with colleagues from Avanade from other focus areas, the various stakeholders at the customer and with our parent organizations Accenture and Microsoft as we often do projects together with them.

Within Avanade, we mainly work according to the agile method. The customers you work for are the top 500 largest companies in various industries. Depending on your ambitions, you can be involved in pre-sales projects, help steer the internal organization and the development of the team, specialize within a branch or one of the Dynamics 365 CE domains. You can grow towards a Solution Manager/Architect (both in the Netherlands and internationally), a Delivery Manager or Management Consulting.
