Role Overview

As a Business Apps Delivery Lead you will manage Australia Business Apps projects portfolio, including large and complex project teams and/or programs. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the services and corresponding customer satisfaction. As a director, you will assess potential partners, the business needs of existing assets, deployment of assigned programs to the field, and optimize individual and team contributions to accomplish overall business objectives. Additionally, you will be directly involved in channel development and key sales pursuits and may serve as a Career Manager or provide CRM and ERP technical expertise and mentorship to colleagues.

Key Role Responsibilities

Day to day you will:

Approve estimates and estimating assumptions for Business Applications project's schedule, effort, and cost.
Provide project leadership to appropriate onshore, offshore and near shore workforces.
Manage overall project portfolio risks, adjusting as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management.
Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the projects portfolio to meet/exceed the agreed expectations.
Manage delivery portfolio - monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues.
Provide oversight to management of relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors and own key relationships.

Be the interlock between Solution Area (demand) and Capability (supply).

Provide hands-on support to project under mobilization and ensure that they are set for success.
Adhere to Solution Area and Managed Delivery guidelines and processes.
Be accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, commercial, methodology, etc) throughout the delivery process.
Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all critical project plans, commitments, and changes.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements

Experience successfully managing multiple large, ongoing, high risk Dynamics 365 CRM projects and Dynamics AX F&O projects

Track record of successful sales and solutioning activities involving large, strategic projects for Dynamics 365 CRM projects and Dynamics AX F&O projects
Track record of establishing and maintaining successful relationships with C-suite level customers. Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences customer commitment and future partnership
Advanced level understanding of financial management practices as relate to projects and programs
Significant experience managing risk effectively
Deep understanding and application of various delivery methodologies
Successful track-record of Systems Integration delivery:
               Application Assessment & Requirements
               Application Design & Architecture
               Process & Functional Design
                Application Implementation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to:
Masterfully negotiate sensitive situations and multifaceted contracts
Nurture complex relationships beyond immediate customer team with a broad range of target customers and with internal experts and senior executives

Proven ability to become a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to customer
