Job Description

You will be responsible for working directly with business customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points to help determine/design how IT can enable those needs. Then using that information, you will shape, design and deliver IT capabilities. You will join our international team taking care of Enterprise processes automation.

Day-to-day you will:

Conduct meetings and participate in design thinking sessions to shape “art of the possible” solutions based on business needs.
Participate in developing capability blueprints and roadmaps
Develop IT delivery project plans, outlining key milestones and dependencies
Participate in project delivery – specifically focusing on shaping project backlog items, writing user stories that house business requirements, coordinating and participating in testing activities and playing a role in sprint showcases.
Understand processes, data and how they are used and flow into and out of various technical solutions.
Liaison with business stakeholders to understand new programs and their impact on existing capabilities and downstream systems.

Perfect skillset:

3+ years of experience in similar role in IT
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Working knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile)
Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical people
Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently (e.g., troubleshooting) 
Customer oriented attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and SharePoint
