Job Description
- Break Receptionist during lunch hour
- Maintain meeting rooms daily: erase whiteboards, clean table tops, reorganize chairs & tables, stock pens, markers etc.
- Assisting with and ensuring office standards for cleanliness are adhered to
- Collect weekly census data and report in Accenture tool
- Complete monthly security check and report to Avanade Security
- Maintain kitchen supplies & ensure cleanliness
- Maintain 4 coffee stations that require daily maintenance
- Regularly monitor and inventory office supplies
- Restock office supplies
- Retrieve mail, assist with mail & package deliveries
- Maintain all multi-function devices, printers, copiers and scanners, restock paper daily, replace ink cartridges as needed, and ensure unclaimed documents are in the shred bins
- Ability to lift case of paper in restocking printers
- Assist with preparations and break-down for office meetings and events
- May execute/coordinate the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment
- Execute project/program plans and processes in alignment with Avanade’s objectives
- Use personal judgment to resolve complex problems
- Collaborate with Workplace team to provide high level hospitality experiences for our employees, clients and guests
- Provide technical, administrative and operational support with developed understanding of Avanade’s processes and practices
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerBI)
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, and carrying of equipment and materials. Ability and comfort lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
- Daily presence required at the Avanade Manhattan office with the ability to work on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in office management roles in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of office management practices along with supporting software
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Proficient in written communications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment and initiative
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work
