Job Description
- Governance / Rhythm of Business activities (e.g. team communications, leadership, and All Hands meetings, etc.)
- Talent Acquisition coordination

- Resource Scheduling oversight
- Implementing business & financial process improvements and methodologies to support timely, informed planning and decision-making.
- Managing cyclical business processes including planning and budgeting and monthly financial and operational management.
- Leading the identification, planning, and execution of improvement initiatives to support shared operational functions.
- Defining standard processes and procedures and increase accountability.
- Identifying, communicating, and escalating issues and challenges at early stages.
- Coordinating Regional, Area and Global strategy meetings.
- Working in close coordination with other members of a global function including the finance and operations team to manage the reporting, talent acquisition, data analysis, and project management needs of the business.
- Executing projects/programs aligned with operational objectives to achieve successful business outcomes
- Leveraging a Client Centric approach to all initiatives.
- Driving operational efficiency and delivery excellence as you lead critical business processes and activities to support planning, operations, and strategy implementation.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed professional services organization.
- Relevant business technology leadership experience, including program and business management.
- Consulting and project-based leadership background with a passion for driving positive business outcomes.
- Prior experience independently leading operations within a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization with a diverse customer portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability designing and implementing agile solutions for operational excellence.
- Experience leading all aspects of business operations through multiple review cycles, including budgeting
- Demonstrated people leadership, “leading by influence” and effective peer teaming expertise
- Ability to effectively navigate complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Experience assessing and managing opportunities and risks associated with managing a business
- Superior communication and personal leadership skills in a high growth, highly demanding 'best people' environment
- High degree of integrity, judgement, discretion, credibility, resilience, confidence, and character
