Job Description
As an Application Support Manager, you are a Software Engineer with a focus on Application Management Service (AMS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or other similar products; well-rounded core skillset and experience with project lifecycle tools.
Day-to-day You Will:
- Develop, maintain, and support programs/tools on the Azure platform in close collaboration with the build team.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to the applications/services.
- Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve any production incident, and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution.
- Perform Service Requests (e.g. data patching, extraction of data or report, answer usage queries, etc.)
About You:
Technical Experience:
- Extensive experience on Azure cloud platform with strong PaaS fundamentals and design pattern knowledge
- Strong programming background on C/net core, net framework and REST
- Strong experience in Azure app services, functions, service bus, event hub, key vault, storage, logic apps, integration services, API Management.
Professional Attributes:
- Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, stakeholders and customers
- Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations
- Successful track record delivering high-quality products on time.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts will be added advantage.
Additional Information: Willing to work in support rotational shifts.
