About the role：
• Support project teams in developing client solutions that are driven by exploratory data analysis
• Use your knowledge of statistics, programming, data modeling, simulation and advanced
• mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions and make
• valuable discoveries that lead to better business decision-making
• Carry out data analysis tests in line with strategies
• Communicate analysis results and recommendations to team members and clients
• Provide input and guidance on data visualization techniques and opportunities
• Travel as needed
About you:
• Mastery of Python, and good SQL programing is required, advanced proficiency with SQL for the generation and extraction of data for use in analytics and reporting.
• Experience Data Projects is required
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools and processes is required
• Data strategy, data governance and management, cataloguing and lineage is required
• Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicate effectively with partners is required
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills is required
• Proven ability to manage through change and conflict is required
• Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically is required
• Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik is a plus.
• Working in 10+ people team for short and long term engagements (off shore management experience valued) is a plus
• Proven ability to identify and communicate project issues and risks
• Comfortably interacts with clients and can develop business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement metrics to measure progress against goals
• Strategic thinker, able to take action proactively and decisively
• Passionate about IT projects and learning new technologies
