Your Work
As the Growth Markets Academy Delivery Specialist, you will oversee the coordination and implementation of our industry leading talent creation onboarding and recruitment program. In this role you will work directly with our Growth Markets Academy Program Manager, and the broader Global Avanade Academy team, to deliver on this critical people priority. 

This will include delivering operational details to ensure Academies are executed efficiently and effectively, this includes scheduling, calendar management, agendas. You will liaise with area Academy lead, Talent Community lead, trainers, local teams, and training vendors to align and facilitate the Academy learner experience.

Your Community
You will work closely with various teams inside and outside of Avanade, including operational teams in Avanade’s Advanced Technology Center, HR, Business Stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, External vendors, as well as the Global Learning and Development team.

Your Experience
You possess an interest in building strong working relationship with external vendors, internal teams, trainers, and participants. You have proven experience in providing end to end support, with solid attention to detail, to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. 

You have three to five+ years of relevant event planning and / or program coordination experience that includes the full lifecycle from design to development to implementation. You may possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You may have 2+ years in Business Operations, Marketing, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or other related fields. You have worked in a virtual and dispersed team environment. You have also partnered with individuals across all levels of an organization. Work independently and manage ambiguity, leveraging cross-team resources when needed. 

Your Skills 
You are highly organized and can handle multiple projects and ever-changing deadlines. You are extremely comfortable executing project/program plans and processes in alignment with established governance objectives. You have proven successes in accurately reading and understanding written materials and instructions. You are detail oriented for accuracy of data and information to allow for accurate event execution and reporting. 

You have demonstrated capability to work well in a team and independently in a fully remote role. Knowledge of the following frequently used tools extremely beneficial: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and PowerBI.
