Job Description

We are looking for a highly effective Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the Talent Acquisition practice in Belgium.
You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging and recruiting top winning Talent for Avanade.


About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with Hiring Managers to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.).
You'll drive different ways to build talent pipelines including targeted search, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns. 

Next, you will oversee the entire process to ensure a positive candidate experience that will put Avanade forward as an employer of choice.

Nobody can do all of the above alone, so you will have the chance to work closely together with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, HR, and near-shore Shared Services to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process.

finally, you are responsible for the data Integrity by monitoring performance and status metrics while also communicating status and roadblocks up to recruiting leadership.

Depending on the need, you will support recruiting leadership in various initiatives and special projects.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Talent in sourcing diverse talent pools and keeping up to date with new sourcing techniques by reading industry press, external market trends, professional conferences…
  • Creativity in finding the best ways to source qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
  • Experience in managing a diverse set of roles whilst building an expertise in Talent Acquisition
  • Engagement in managing demanding stakeholders with high expectations
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment.

With all of the above based on previous experience within an International environment. Experience in IT recruitment is a plus, and experience leading a team as well. 

Your language skills should include Dutch and English, with French as a very nice to have.
