Job Description

Do you see people as more than a skillset? So do we.

You’ve got an eye for talent and an instinct for finding the right person for any job. We’ll trust your judgment and give you the freedom to recruit next-generation leaders, as you build on our reputation as an employer that values people and rewards talent.

About you

You understand what motivates people and drives businesses. You don’t believe in 'business as usual' – success comes from thinking differently. You’re an authentic and engaging storyteller with an enviable network built through cultivating professional relationships. You’re reciprocal and confident, thriving in a role where no two days are the same and you’re inspired to explore and develop creative strategies.

About the role

Our success is because of our people. Their ideas, originality and determination have taken us from an ambitious start-up to an international leader. But we won’t stay at the top by standing still. That’s why we’re looking for specialist recruiters to join us in Singapore, Australia and Japan. We need you to bring our values and brand to life for candidates and help them to envision their future career with us.

As an Applications and Infrastructure / Modern Workplace / Data and AI Executive Recruiter, we’ll give you the power to shape our business through the people you welcome onboard. You’ll be running talent acquisition, searching the world for cutting-edge skills and enjoy a dynamic role that ranges from designing programs, planning projects and aligning candidates with our business needs to ensuring our new recruits feel supported.

Working in partnership with our hiring managers, you’ll use media tactically to maximize reach and become a familiar, approachable face at events. We are a diverse community and proud of our inclusive culture, so you’ll also be supported by HR and external suppliers to make sure that everything we do follows Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Run recruitment for your assigned group(s), managing multiple strategies from strengthening client-recruitment relationships to creating recruitment plans or talent pipelines
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and techniques for all assigned roles, with a focus on pivotal hard-to-fill positions
  • Collaborate and strategically align with global and regional recruitment leaders to implement key programs
  • Partner with business leaders to define new and/or update all job specifications to meet the business climate, market and demand
  • Participate in regional and/or global HR leadership strategic initiatives and lead talent-related programs, as needed
  • Handle recruiting data integrity and tracking for your region
  • Provide monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics and scorecards to inform regional and global leadership
  • Review, validate and deliver recruitment strategy, sourcing and processes in focus areas
  • Travel, as needed.

Your skills

You’ve had plenty of success recruiting for technology-focused companies and are ready for your next challenge. You quickly connect with people who have application, infrastructure, modern workplace, data and AI and other hot tech skills because you’re as passionate about innovation as they are. Your strong communication and presentation skills, adaptability and collaborative working style stem from experience in a complex environment, such as consulting.

Naturally, you’re across all general recruiting principles and practices and you probably have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business or psychology, although we’ll also consider equivalent experience. We’d love it if you had certification in behavioral interviewing, as well as an in-depth understanding of negotiation and persuasions research. You have more than five years’ experience in all aspects of recruitment, along with more than three years recruiting executives and leading people and projects.

Ideally, your experience includes:

  • Improving end-to-end recruiting processes and programs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including active listening and storytelling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Recruiting and collaborating with senior leadership
  • Building strong internal and external relationships.
