About the role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you are a crucial liaison between Avanade technical and functional teams to our customers, ensuring that what we deliver meets the customers’ expectations.

The Service Delivery team ensures that our work meets the clients contract targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  This involves working closely with technical and functional teams within the Avanade delivery centers to meet operational, contractual and financial obligations.

You will work, and potentially lead other service delivery professionals across the organization on large, complex accounts.

You will serve as a vital bridge between our delivery center teams and our clients – advocating for clients to ensure that our technical staff understands their needs, while supporting the delivery team to help clients understand technical and functional limitations or delays in delivery.

Day-to-day, you will:

·        Be the single point of contact into Managed Services for customer stakeholders

·        Manage, develop and maintain client relationships and cross functional teams

·        Identify new opportunities

·        Produce service level reporting and chair performance review meetings

·        Monitor service delivery costs for each of your assigned customer accounts

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives for each assigned customer account

·        Keep up to date with industry trends and new offerings

About you

  • You have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • You speak French fluently
  • Previous experience presenting to Director level and above executives
  • You have managed business relationships in the past
  • You have good business acumen
  • You have participated with preparing proposals, SOWs, and formal business agreements
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding customer or management expectations
  • You are a problem solver and are not afraid of being faced with a challenge you have not met before
  • You understand that managers are there to manage difficult situations and make the best of them
  • You want to join a team that works hard 

Qualifications 

  • Able to travel 25%

Must be bilingual – FrenchService Now, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.Bachelor’s degree CSM, ITIL V 3, Six Sigma and PMP certifications as a plusMinimum 5 years of project / program management experienceMinimum 7 years of experience in a previous role managing key customer relationships, client agreements and cross functional teams.
