Senior Technology Recruiter

Our Associate Recruitment Team sources and recruits interim consultants to meet dynamic organisational talent demands and client needs.

As a Senior Associate Recruiter, you will play an integral role in executing and supporting our recruiting strategy in partnership with the Associate Recruitment and Scheduling Teams.

Within the role, you’ll act as a partner to our Talent Communities sourcing and pipelining exceptional interim talent across the Microsoft Technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

·        Partnering with Hiring Managers to define general candidate requirements

·        Developing sourcing strategies and sourcing qualified candidates by leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, networking, events, etc.)

·        Facilitating a streamlined recruiting process – conducting interviews, assessment days, working with our suppliers and ensuring first class candidate experience

·        Building and engaging with the Avanade Associate Network ensuring that talent pools meet business demand

·        Supporting the Associate Recruitment Lead in various recruitment initiatives and special projects as needed

·        Looking after the relevant administration associated with the contract recruitment processes

·        Ensuring adherence to all policies related the Associate Network and carrying out all elements of administration related to the contract recruitment process.

·        Producing weekly/monthly stats to ensure transparency and tracking of results

We’d need you to be experienced in:

·        Technical contract recruitment

·        Recruiting in a fast-paced internal environment (Agency experience on top of this is a plus)

·        Sourcing diverse talent – both active and passive - as creatively as possible!

·        Managing a diverse set of roles end to end whilst building an expertise in - sometimes niche - technical skill sets

·        Supporting the Associate Recruitment Lead by managing critical initiatives and projects

·        Managing demanding stakeholders with high expectations

·        Communicating clearly and concisely, in English, both written and orally
