As the Regional Partner Ecosystem Lead, you will have a proven history of successfully working in the Information Technology and Digital Transformation space. You are a strong sales professional and have deep experience specializing on all Microsoft platforms and related partner community.

Your Experience & Day-to-Day Activities Include…

  • Maintain relationships with strategic third-party partners and Avanade Sales and Delivery teams Develop new business opportunities via third party partner ecosystem channels.
  • Generate software, hardware and services resale opportunities through Avanade services pursuits and partner relationships.
  • Own and lead alliances revenue pipeline.
  • Lead regional partner sales and technical enablement initiatives.
  • Work with Regional Market Unit and Offering Leads to validate partner solutions and inclusion in client proposals.
  • Lead Microsoft incentive and influence programs including DPoR, CPoR and OSA for the region.
  • Be a great partner with Accenture counterpart (Ecosystem Sales Director), aligning on Partnering opportunities in indirect accounts.

Operationally, the Alliances Sales role will be a Canada region-owned resource working across West, Central, East within their regional sales cadences.

Additional Skills Include:

  • Tenacious operator, able to spot opportunity and drive detail to closure.
  • Strong social skills, building and sustaining a network of channel partner executives and others within the Region.
  • Knowledge of offerings & ability to engage with partner in the surfacing of new opportunities.
  • Standout colleague, with the ability to work with Region sales/opportunity leads without conflict.
