About the role

As a Regional Lead for our Business Applications Market Unit, you are responsible for the overall performance and growth of a given Market Unit in your assigned geography. You develop Market Unit business strategy, lead all aspects of and deliver against sales and financial performance indicators. You support quality for Market Unit offerings and solutions in your Region, mitigating future and resolving present quality and client delivery issues. You work closely with the regional execs and the Area Market Unit Lead to implement strategy for offering investments and grow the business.

You will support cross-Market Unit solutions and outcomes through your leadership in the assigned Region. You work directly with clients and in close partnership with the sales organization to drive offering success, supporting long-term health of the Market Unit and Avanade. Additionally, you partner with Talent Community Leads to focus on resource and skill needs, both present and future, to ensure the organization is ready for and adapting to market changes.

About You

Your technical and non-technical skills span Business Leadership as well as Consulting & Delivery Experience. Your 10+ years of meaningful technology business leadership experience includes solution sales, creation, delivery and business management. You possess a bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field (required). An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related) as well as tried experience across the Microsoft Ecosystem, after all, that is where Avanade shines!
