The Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice at Avanade Sweden is evolving, and we are on the search for passionate individuals interested in being part of and contributing to our exciting journey! Change Management is all about preparing a business and its people for the implementation of new capabilities and mindsets in a way that enhances performance to deliver sustainable business results. The OCM team at Avanade aims to do this by combining modern techniques and technologies - and always with the end user in focus.
As an Organizational Change Management consultant, you will contribute to the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives spanning all phases from planning the change through to reinforcing the change and ensuring sustainable results. As a part of the OCM team you will, among other things, assess business readiness, help minimize risk, manage stakeholder alignment and communications, and build employee engagement and capabilities to facilitate organizational change in alignment with strategic objectives. While managing projects, you’ll also be mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in their work.
You have a curious mindset and have a desire to constantly develop and learn, as well as share your knowledge and coach colleagues. You love getting into details of an organization and its challenges, and you are driven by realizing results. With your excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you’re a vital part of any team. You are positive and have the ability to get people onboard and excited about moving in a new direction. You feel comfortable taking tough discussions with a client and thrive in an environment where things can change from one day to another. Ideally, you have at least five years of professional experience, with at least three years of experience making organizational change happen.
We’d love if your experiences and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge and experience of change management frameworks and methods (Prosci preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of one or several of the following: Business Applications (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform), Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365) and Cloud journeys (Azure)
- Workshop facilitation
- Project management
- Stakeholder management
- Leadership coaching
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Workplace learning and user experience
- Fluent in English and Swedish
