If you are a hardworking Change Enablement Analyst with an interest in Business Analysis, who is looking for a career opportunity with a company that offers exciting pathways for the Microsoft suite of products, this role is for you!


You will play a key role in ensuring that new workplace technologies are met with strong user adoption and continued engagement. You are passionate about the people and process side of change – primarily relating to digital workplace tools for communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration. The principal responsibility will be to build and implement multi-faceted change management plans for our clients that will ensure adoption of new tools is achieved in order to drive the encouraged outcomes around efficiency and collaboration improvement.


Beside your experience in the Change Enablement field, you will contribute to project deliverables under mentorship from Senior Business Analysts including, alignment to our corporate standards, learning BA techniques and processes, and supporting the identification and communication of risks and issues that may require changes to project plans. Additionally, you will support identification and maintenance of partner relationships including, business partners, users, vendors, customers, project team members, and management leaders (internal & external).


You will be working across a variety of projects and clients and contribute to growing our overall Change Enablement capability and value proposition.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication, change network enablement, and rewards/incentive
  • Effective use of change tools, such as change impact assessments to guide prioritisation of change interventions.
  • Collaboration with the project team and client change management delegates to ensure a coordinated and holistic program approach
  • Review and understand standards for delivery and be able to apply this knowledge to complete tasks on schedule, within budget, and with quality
  • Use of quantitative and quantitative measures to provide regular progress reporting on adoption
  • Contribute to Avanade’s overall Change Enablement capability through participation in our Australian wide Talent Community initiatives



Required skills:

You’ll need to bring your understanding of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness, and your business analysis skills to this role. With your excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you’re a vital part of any team. Ideally, you have two years of professional experience and understand how to make organisational change happen.



We’d love it if your experience includes:

  • Experience in change management
  • Interest in Business Analysis techniques and processes
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to or experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and operations (ERP) and/or Dynamics 365 for Sales and Service (CRM)
  • Delivering successful communications plans, training development and interaction with partners on projects
