You’ll be opening our client’s eyes to the possibilities of digital transformation and guiding them through the process. You’re the authority on assessing needs, no matter how they’re expressed, and pulling together forward-thinking solutions.

As an Advisory Services Group Manager, we’re looking to you to advance our knowledge, as well as our clients’. You’ll be putting your client’s business models under a microscope, quickly understanding their business inside and out, and helping leaders make sense of their technology, applications, processes and capabilities. You’ll also lead teams’ efforts in creating strategies that people will support and deliver.

In this role, you will:

  • Build an understanding of client and competitor business models
  • Advise clients on customer-related digital challenges and opportunities
  • Help leadership and other project partners make informed decisions and navigate complex challenges
  • Guide project partners in designing and implementing strategies, policies and processes that meet client needs
  • Lead project teams on large-scale, complex and meaningful projects
  • Act as coach and mentor to your clients and your team as they develop their own consulting skills
  • Travel, as needed.

Your skills

You've got proven capability in analyzing and understanding business models and delivering informed advice. You probably have an MBA, PhD or MSC degree and relevant certifications in procurement, management consulting, computer science or a related field, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ITIL, CIPS.

You have at least six years of experience in IT transformation strategy, architecture and operating models, with at least four years as a manager. You utilize your strong business insight to inspire and lead teams, budgets and business targets.

Ideally, your experience includes:

  • Running all parts of a project from managing budgets to leading teams
  • Explaining complex technologies and concepts in a non-technical language
  • Implementing IT improvement approaches and plans
  • Understanding and supporting the procurement cycle
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
