Job Description

The Digital Experience Lead will work with C-level leadership at Avanade's Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ leading digital experience platform (ADOBE) digital bench marking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Today, Avanade is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience-led business models. 

As a Global Digital Experience Lead, you will focus on an industry and lead strategy engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers. For each engagement, you will quarterback teams of global experts (in areas such as digital marketing, customer-experience design, and marketing analytics) to conduct analyses and interviews, develop insights, and deliver your findings and recommendations. You will be a peer to senior executives and use your experience to become a trusted partner and advisor. You will be a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for marketing technology, and relevant research in your industry. You will partner with other experience platform partner teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Professional Services) to prioritise your pipeline of customer opportunities. You will also join a talented and motivated team, including alumni from top consulting firms and leading Digital organisations.

What You Need To Succeed

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Relevant experience in either
  •      The marketing function within a leading company
  •      A top-tier management consulting organisation
  •      A top-tier digital agency
  • Expertise across the following industries: Financial Services, Retail / eCommerce, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, High Tech
  • Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising insights & recommendations
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
