Job Description

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Independently performing advanced calculations, analyses, and/or projections
- Translate detailed financial concepts into usable insights and reports for the business
- Verify accuracy of outputs from critical financial systems, and lead troubleshooting and correction activities as needed
- Lead workstreams and processes as a part of a larger project/initiative
- Produce deliverables and reports under direction and review of more senior team members

- Implementation of internal business & financial processes to support timely, informed planning and decision-making
- Monitoring and managing cyclical business processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, including annual planning and budgeting cycles
- Identification, planning, and execution of improvement initiatives to support shared operational functions across the business
- Increasing the efficiency of shared operational support functions, including definition of standard processes and enforcement of guidelines/policies as needed
- Facilitating communication and information flow between business and support functions


Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:

Your technical and non-technical skills may include:


- Experience with Cognos TM1, SQL,, and other similar tools

- Experience with revenue recognition in technology and consulting environment

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to and experience with handling and analyzing budgets

- Previous experience managing budgets throughout a business cycle

- Knowledge of the business cycle, including budgeting
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to strive in a fast-pace environment
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work on multiple projects 
- Possess great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
